Don’t panic! Sometimes, we ship orders in multiple packages to get everything to you as quickly as possible. If it's been over a week since you received the first part and the rest hasn't shown up, reach out to us—we’ll sort it out right away.
Our products are proudly manufactured in the U.S. (Nevada and New Jersey) and Canada (Ontario for our Canadian customers).
We source raw ingredients from their native regions whenever possible—think elderberry from Northern Europe, Black Maca from the Andes, and organic turmeric from Southeast Asia.
We work with trusted suppliers worldwide and rigorously test every batch to ensure top quality, purity, and potency.
Absolutely! Every batch is tested for purity (including heavy metals and contaminants) and potency to make sure what's on the label is exactly what's in the product. Want to see the results for your bottle? Just send us the batch number from the bottom of the bottle along with the product name, and we’ll be happy to share them with you.
Yes! All of our manufacturing facilities (including the one in Canada) are cGMP certified, meaning they meet the highest standards for quality and safety.
No need to refrigerate—just keep your supplements in a cool, dark place like a cabinet. The only exception is our iron supplement; while it’s probably fine on the shelf, we recommend storing it in the fridge to be extra safe.
You’ll find children’s dosage recommendations listed on many of our product pages. If a product doesn’t have a dosage for kids and you’d like to give it to your child, reach out to us—we’re happy to help!
We use the all-trans form of MK-7, naturally extracted from natto (a traditional Japanese fermented soybean). This is the most bioavailable and effective form of K2.
It depends! Most of them are vegan, but the collagen comes from fish (wild-caught Japanese Rani fish to be specific), the vitamin D is a byproduct of wool (lanolin) so it's not vegan, and the joint support capsules are neither vegetarian nor allergen-friendly!
We wish they were suitable for everyone, but here's why they're not: true collagen is never vegan as it's inherently an animal product (anything that says "vegan collagen" is actually just "collagen promoting"), and we had a vegan D3-K2 from lichen and it wasn't as effective for our customers so we discontinued it because as much as we care about vegans' D3 levels, we couldn't justify carrying an inferior-performing version.
The ingredients in the joint support formula (like chondroitin and glucosamine) have vegan alternatives we could've used but almost all the research done on the compounds in it were done on the animal-based forms. The vegan forms differ in composition, don't have a lot of research behind them, and are usually extracted from Aspergillus niger. So this formula isn't safe for the vegetarians, vegans, and people with shellfish allergies, unfortunately.
Please read the answer to "Are your products vegan" if you're allergic to shellfish! Besides that, our liquid products do contain MCT oil from coconut (which is considered a tree nut in the US) or coconut-based glycerin. Our vitamin K2 comes from natto, fermented soy, but is free of soy allergens.
We are free of dairy, soy allergens, peanuts, gluten, corn, and most other common allergens!
We recommend any B vitamins and vitamin C first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach. All others should be taken with food. Ideally, you want to separate iron, zinc, and magnesium by about two hours; a good routine for the minerals could look like: zinc with breakfast, iron with lunch, and magnesium with dinner. But please check with your doctor as this isn't medical advice.
Not necessarily. The B complex contains B12, and it’s enough for many people. We always recommend taking all 8 B vitamins since they work together. However, if you have a B12 deficiency, you may need additional B12 on top of what’s in the B complex. When in doubt about dosage, please ask a trusted healthcare provider as they’re familiar with your particular needs!
We know it looks startling up close, but that is exactly what chelated zinc should look like in liquid! Because of the heavy concentration of zinc bisglycinate and picolinate, which are very effective in the body but not very water-soluble, a small amount of the zinc tends to come out of the solution and become visible to the naked eye but it is nothing to worry about safety or effectiveness-wise. That's also why we recommend shaking before use - a small percentage of it may settle onto the bottom of the bottle when it's been sitting undisturbed!
The cloudiness and texture are also thanks to the zinc, and the glycerin. When you look at the close-up photos submitted by customers on our listing (above the reviews), you'll see that they likely look the same as yours! Usually they'll initially look like bits of glass, and then with exposure to air they might clump together a bit. Shaking should break them up!
If you still have doubts or concerns, please send us a photo before you continue taking it and we'll be happy to take a look.
Typically we don't even ask you to return it - you can simply let us know your order number and we’ll issue you a refund. There are exceptions though, and we may ask you to send things back first (for example, if you placed a large order and/or just received it).
Caffeine can interfere with the absorption of minerals, so if you were to add the liquid zinc or iron you may absorb a bit less of it - it shouldn't significantly decrease the zinc absorption, but when taking iron supplements it's usually recommended to wait a while between caffeine and supplementing (ideally, coffee before iron).
With B vitamins (B complex or B12) it's kind of a mixed bag. In general caffeine will cause some loss of B vitamins, but there's also some evidence that caffeine can enhance B12 absorption! So yes to B12, no to the B complex.
Absorption of vitamin D is decreased from caffeine consumption, but this isn’t as much an issue of taking at the same time as it is not drinking excess - i.e. more than 3 cups per day. Same goes for minerals, including magnesium. Too much coffee is not ideal for absorption of any of the above.
There should be no issue with taking any of the others in coffee or tea! None of this is medical advice so please clear it with your doctor!
Thanks for your order! Unfortunately, we don't have any access to information (including shipping info) on orders placed via Amazon as they store, pack, and ship all orders placed through them. If you reach out to Amazon's customer service they'll take care of you!
Great questions! Magnesium glycinate is magnesium (a metal) attached to the amino acid glycine. Your body can't use pure magnesium so it's always attached to something in any supplement (or food), and this form of magnesium is exceptionally well-absorbed!
The magnesium limit refers to the amount of elemental magnesium. So even though each capsule contains 500 mg of magnesium glycinate, within that is only 70 mg of elemental magnesium (when you hear a daily requirement like 320 mg per day, it's referring to elemental magnesium).
It comes from enzymes and is retinyl palmitate, the same form found in beef and calf liver. Some would consider it synthetic as it's not derived from food, but since the only food sources of this form are meat, we chose to use an enzyme-produced form that's identical to that found in natural sources so that vegans and vegetarians could benefit from it as well.
We can help you with placing your order (send us an email with your phone number and we can set up a time), but what we can also tell you is that we use Shopify for payment processing and it's extremely secure. Even we can't see your payment information! Shopify encrypts the information (essentially scrambles it all up if anyone were to hack) so no one can access it.
With that being said, it's actually more secure for you to place it via our website than to do so over the phone. In the extremely unlikely scenario that someone were to intercept the call we don't have any type of protections over our phone line like we do on the website, and of course you'd have to be reading your payment details aloud and our calls are recorded. In the end we would be entering them into the same system you'd be using on your end via https://www.whynotnatural.com so there wouldn't necessarily be any additional security!
Greetings from Texas!
Unfortunately we can't ship outside of the US and Canada (via Amazon.ca) at this time due to the differing label requirements from country to country. It's likely it would be confiscated at the border due to that, but hopefully we can be available globally in the next few years!
You'll receive a link to your email with a dashboard where you can make just about any change you'd like. Check your junk/spam mail if you don't see it, and it's also in your order confirmation email. If you still can't find it, we can email it to you!
If you placed the order through Amazon, unfortunately we can't modify their subscribe-and-save order settings but if you reach out to Amazon's customer service they'll take care of you (you can also search "subscriptions" on the app or desktop and DIY it).
Organic coconut oil and/or organic palm, and the ratio of those two depends on season/availability. Technically these aren't vegetables but we follow the standard naming convention.
We'll do our best if you email us right away during standard business hours, but we tend to fulfill orders pretty quickly so it's possible it's already on its way! If you've gotten a tracking number it's too late to make changes. But don't hesitate to reach out to see if we can change it if you entered the wrong house number, etc. (check your settings inside the Shop app as customers often have the address saved wrong and it autofills).
Each drop has about 200 mcg of B12.
If you're in the US, it's 200 IU per drop. If you're in Canada the concentration is different (due to local regulations) so each drop is 80 IU.
