Warranty

We proudly offer a 60 day guarantee on all of our products purchased on www.whynotnatural.com. If you experience any issues with your purchase at any time, we will happily provide a replacement or refund. In some cases we may require a return of unopened product. Your satisfaction is our priority.

For purchases made on other platforms such as Amazon.com, TikTok, Walmart, or Target, or those purchased in retail locations, please refer to the retailer’s refund policy which may differ from ours.

Refunds

  • Once your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our end (e.g., incorrect or defective items). The buyer will cover shipping costs in cases where unopened product is required to be sent back.

Exchanges and Replacements

If you would like to exchange a product or receive a replacement under our warranty, please email us at care@whynotnatural.com, and we will make it right.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email us at care@whynotnatural.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a refund immediately.
