How to Take It
It's an easy-to-take sublingual liquid form with a marked dropper! For full dosage, fill to second line (0.5 mL) and take once per day or as needed. We recommend taking directly by mouth or mixed into a drink (like a smoothie) and consuming with food. Supplements containing vitamin D should be consuming early in the day, ideally morning or early afternoon to mimic the effects of peak sunshine.

Birth-12 Months: 2 drops (400 IU D3, 8 mcg K2) per day
1-18 Years: 3 drops (600 IU D3, 12 mcg K2) per day
